Summary

As an IT Supply Chain Manager my ambition is to support the enterprise leverage opportunities offered by new technologies towards more efficiency, agility and increased intimacy to consumer and user needs.
During my 16 years within multinational companies in diverse industries (Food & Beverages, Automotive, Aeronautics, Luxury goods, Energy Management), I have engaged with internal and external stakeholders so as user/consumer communities to extract key business insights and define roadmaps for exploration and implementation

SAP EWM program – Project Manager

Main activities and responsibilities
➢ Project Manager for the delivery of SAP EWM warehouse internal operations end user solutions; I have lead a team of four business analysts and one SAP consultant who has been able to learn the standard SAP EWM solution, configure it according to business need, identify gaps and co-design solutions with SAP in only 4 months.
➢ Project Manager for the delivery of SAP EWM technical landscape; team of 3 business analyst. Scope was to design and build the SAP EWM landscape and client transport strategy considering North America specific requirements for system availability and resilience and also need for future global deployment. In close relationship with Enterprise Architecture and Basis teams, we delivered on time & quality every testing and production servers thanks to a continuous improvement mindset between each cutover.
➢ I was also in charge of defining and implementing in collaboration with the service management team the processes for incident, change and release management to ensure smooth transition to sustain after program closure.
Key achievements
✓ Newly trained as a project manager I successfully lead two projects within the EWM program; original scope being North America businesses, the project team members were all located across North America.
✓ In parallel of leading these two projects, I was in charge of implementing the most recent user interface for SAP Radio Frequency users: SAP ITS Mobile. Enabling better experience for users with more engaging touched screen, this technology has been recognized as easing user adoption of EWM. In collaboration with SAP max attention and basis team, this go-live critical solution was delivered on time and without any major incident.
