More than 10 years of project, program and portfolio management experience from various companies (Food & Beverage, Chemical services, Academia) make me effective in uniting research with business application.
I have scoped & delivered several R&D projects and programs to apply scientific concepts into concrete products or services. The results are: I supported product launches in 15 countries, set-up the application strategy for EFSA dossier for a health claim, implemented improved product quality control methods in factories, improved tools for new/renovated product formulation, saved resources via simplified or stopped activities.

Leading complex research projects and programs in a global company in the area of fast-moving-consumer-goods.
Responsible for the identification of business opportunity/ies, and for the development of a relevant strategy for the implementation of research outcomes into business application.
Skilled in setting up project and program structure, defining clear deliverables and KPIs, planning and management of 5+MCHF budgets.
Experienced in complex stakeholders management (50+ in every project or program), connecting expert functions and building efficient teams, putting in place governance for efficient decision taking.

Key achievements:

Drove the preparation for external and internal audits which passed the ISO 9001 and internal standards.

Key achievements:
Created a research project pipeline to investigate faster, cheaper and more accurate quality control methods for factories.
Connected with factories, quickly mapped their demand in total fat quality control in production. Scoped a research project to address these needs, connected with external companies and developed 2 methodologies for fast, cheap and safe quantification of total fats in various products.
Faced the significant challenge of taking on a leadership role in an unfamiliar scientific area and quickly delivered new techniques / competitive advantage for faster and safer quality control in production.

Interest & Leisure

  • To help sustain good energy, positive mind and keep the body in shape, the things that work best for me is combining music and moving the body with the rythm of music - so my main passion is balroom dancing.
    And because I enjoy connecting with people, one of my favorite interests is organising Czecho-Slovak reuinions in the Riviera area.
