Summary

EPFL engineer with over 6 years of experience in project management, and more specifically in projects related to the Digital Workplace. My goal is to improve users’ productivity & experience, and delight them in their daily work by implementing relevant, efficient and user-friendly IT solutions. My dream is for the technology to seamlessly enhance users’ efficiency while filling the gaps coming from the change in modern workplace and technology.

The success of Digital Workplace implementations lies with clear understanding of the users and proper change management strategies to support them in the transition and ensure strong adoption of the solutions. My passion for User Experience (UX) helped me in successfully delivering challenging projects. I work with a comprehensive approach that delivers user-centric innovations from need identification, solution identification/validation, implementation, deployment, change management, user training and transition to operational mode.

Managed a project for improving the Video & Conferencing services (Skype, Telepresence & Webcast) to offer an intuitive user experience, an efficient support model and an increase of 330,000 employees’ adoption of those solutions.

Deployment of an Enterprise Single Sign-On and biometric authentication solution on over 9,000 workstations as per the initial agreed scope, timeline and budget.
