I love the buzz of working with integrated teams to deliver complex IT projects. I'm driven to succeed by setting realistic goals, over coming challenges and problems, and working with people to met deadline dates. Every day I'm planning and organizing everyday tasks and work responsibilities and so for me I want to carry on pursuing a demanding career choice as a senior project manager. Businesses are realizing more and more how important project managers are to their organizations in delivering valuable benefits. I want companies to rely on me to deliver complex projects. I thrive on having that responsibility and being held accountable to make sure projects follow process governance, scheduled timelines and go live dates, assigned budgets, manage teams well, bring out the best potential in individuals. I love what I do and I will continue in this field for a long time.
