The program aimed to revamp the end-to-end product Innovation & Renovation (I&R) flow, from Product ideation to Product Launch / commercialization. Led by Marketing & Sales, Operations and R&D Corporate Heads, this program is part of CEO strategy, with the objective to double innovation speed and innovation growth.
Key Achievements: Cross organizational Program Management, working for Business Excellence Division
• Executed successfully phases 1 & 2 (as-is, to-be and Fit/Gap Analysis). Launched phase 3 (organizational change and implementation of new practices) for 18 Strategic Business Units, impacting 5000 people.
• Report early benefit, like reduction of the time to market for new product launch
Main activities and responsibilities:
• Daily program management throughout program life cycle, planning and monitoring progress.
• Ensure program benefit are delivered as expected via regular readiness assessment.

Key achievements: Defined and led the delocalization of 50 on-site IT consultants based in Switzerland, with a multi-million ROI from 2nd year and internalization of knowledge in a near shore center.

•tDefined transition business case and got validation from CIO Board.

In the context of Brand content demand explosion, increasing regulations complexity and the importance of product information accuracy and consistency across communication channels, I co-initiated with Corporate Functions a Product Information program with the objective to decrease marketing expenses, increase speed and agility of marketing content creation.
Key achievements:
- Reengineered the way company produces, shares and distributes overall product information worldwide, designing a new Marketing Content Management end-to-end flow from scratch, integrating digital technologies and above market shared service.
- Delivered version 1 of an e-Content Syndication solution and version 1 of a new Marketing Content Hub replacing existing DAM
Main activities and responsibilities:
Headed the Design and Build of all the company Global Marketing solutions having a worldwide scope, mainly composed of Public / Private cloud solutions integrated with internal ERP.
- Led a team of 14 direct on-site reports composed of PMs, Architects, Business Analysts and 30+ nearshore / offshore consultants. Annual budget: CHF 11Mio.
- Acted as Program Manager for Product Information / Marketing Content Management.
- Defined the strategic direction / business case with 3 years ROI roadmap and the high-level processes / solution architecture.
- Ran a health check of our existing DAM solution and benchmarked it with best of breed solutions and practices. Extended studies beyond the existing boundaries of DAM and PIM, extrapolating the business requirements for the next 5 to 10 years and shaping a new end-to-end flow.
- Ran RFP to select the best SAAS solution, best functional coverage and best capability to make their solution evolve to fulfill the vision of our end to end Content Management flow.
- Implement solutions based on Esko / Mediabeacon, Informatica PIM 360, integrated with 1WorldSync, SAP ERP, using MS Azure Platform to host some of our services.
- Safeguard the evolutive maintenance of implemented solutions like NorthPlain DAM, Adobe DAM, eLateral Web to Print.
- Ensured cross alignment among the different Corporate Functions involved in the program (Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, IT, Master Data Business Excellence, …) and across the different markets using the solution.
- Ran regular top to top meeting with Board members of our key suppliers to ensure strategic alignment and fine tune collaboration.
- Ran initiative to identify and make compliant all Marketing SAAS solution held by Marketing Functions of the different Businesses.

    I own a villa for which I drew the plans and participated to part of its construction. Today I have a lot of pleasure to extend or renovate this villa.
