Main activities and responsibilities:
Responsible for developing the project priorities and budgets each year (€2.5 million CapEx & OpEx). Accountable for including proper forecasting and ensuring operational efficiency to manage expenses.
Oversight of incoming new work requests, assisting senior management with continuous portfolio management (status, projections, resource planning, new request monitoring), ongoing budget reviews (actual vs budget analysis, projections, periodic reporting), cost projections in the future across the portfolio.
Work with onshore and offshore IT delivery, support and vendor teams to successfully deliver the portfolio of work.
Implemented governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of program portfolio leveraging CA PPM tool. Monitor projects against time, budget and quality standards.

Key Achievements:
•tOrganized, planned and managed global project team of 60 SAP cross-cultural consultants in a
$7M business transformation project from a centralized legal entity in Switzerland to 10 new legal entities in 10 EU countries and completed the project in 9 months which was delivered on time and within budget. Responsible for planning, managing and controlling PTC and UAT activities. Created cutover strategy, including detailed cutover checklists and lead the cut over activities for SD,PP,FI-AR/AP,FI-CO,MM,APO,PI during multiple dry runs through the SAP landscape and at final go-live. Managed and coordinated IT and business teams to achieved minimal blackout periods over the cutover period.
•tInitiated and led a program to rollout six collaborative immersive CISCO IX5000 telepresence systems and in five countries, that saved the company up to €500k annually in T&E costs. It also involved extensive renovations necessary to support them, from electricity to heating and cooling systems to even special paint. Completed the program in 2 years.
•tOptimized back-end business process for procuring multi-million dollar bottle moulds and spare parts from a fragmented, manual process on legacy database and redesigned the process flow to be semi-automated cross-functional process between the plant managers, plant controllers, procurement teams and the vendors on SAP QN platform that included a work-flow solution. Annual global cost saving of $400k for decommissioning legacy system licences. Completed the project in 8 months.

Senior Project Manager

•tLead, managed and executed the end to end strategy for implementation, integration and migration of complex projects. Responsible for the full life cycle of the project: initiation, resourcing, execution, monitoring, control and completion.
•tParticipated in the preparation of proposals and statements of work, develop project estimates, and estimate the resources needed to achieve implementation success and ongoing support goals.
•tLead all phases of the functional/technical implementation of the project from the planning to post go-live, ensuring the accomplishment of desired scope, timeline and quality.

•tProject managed the technical upgrade to the demand and planning system in Europe that handles all the bottle production in 35 manufacturing plants from SAP SCM (APO) 4.1 to 7.0.Completed this project in 6 months. Responsible creating cutover schedule and managing the cutover activities for all technical SAP teams at go-live.
•tProgrammed managed multiple HR payroll and time keeping upgrades simultaneously in Italy, Germany, UK, Poland and Hungary. This was challenging because countries implemented different vendor solutions, like OneService; ADP and TETA. Completed this program in 2 years.
•tSuccessfully implemented a technical upgrade to Europe ERP system from SAP R3 to ECC6. Managed a global team of 40 IT resources and indirectly managed over 100 business users for PTC and UAT. Responsible for planning detailed cutover checklists and leading all cut-over activities during as well as at pre & post blackout periods. Facilitated the utilization of Panaya System tools and Support pack testing in the area of SD/MM/WM/FI-AR&AP/FI-CO/PI/BI. Completed this project in 6 months.
•tSuccessfully completed rollout Microsoft SCCM server and client migration in 10 EU countries (Win XP to Win 7 under SCCM for 2000+ users). This program lasted 12 months
•tDecommission JD Edwards platform as a result of Tax audit find in Poland, and re-platform sales order and purchase order processing for factory machine parts, machine repairs in SAP SD-CS. Completed project in 9 months
•tManaged network infrastructure and PABX replacements in 10 manufacturing plants around EU. This activity was done concurrently with factories furnaces rebuild. This program took 5 years to complete.
•tManaged SAP C4C implementation in Europe.

Senior SAP SD Analyst

Main activities and responsibilities:
Actively participate in SAP implementations in Europe concerning the design, realization, testing, documenting, cutover and migration activities in the following areas, Sales orders, Shipping & Billing processes. Responsible for making sure all SAP discretionary work, managed tickets in Service Now, were prioritized and resolved within SLAs. Extensive experience with debugging issues, documenting user exits and function modules in FD specifications.
Chaired process design meetings with stakeholders for CRs assigned to me and conducted blueprint presentations of SAP processes to senior management. I wrote Functional specifications and liaison with ABAP programmers through to implementation

•tImplemented two SAP rollouts for SD in multiple projects in Europe, namely Hungary and Estonia. Led the design, configuration and implementation of pricing model within the business. I managed requirements with ABAP team concerning functional specifications. I lead unit and user testing across SD OTC processes. I documented of all processes including configuration and business processes. Managed master data migration using ETL tools. Managed and coordinated SD blackout and cutover activities. Responsible for Post Go Live support across all areas of SD and integration with MM/FI-AR/COPA/APO. Completed the rollouts in 14 months.
•tLead the SD team to rollout European Fusion template into Perrier Water bottle manufacturing business, after an acquisition from Nestle Waters. Completed the project in 6 months.
•tTechnical SP upgrade from ECC 5.0 with SP#10 to SP#25. My key role was regression testing especially all bespoke developments as a result of outcomes from running SPDD and SPAU. Completed the project in 6 months.
